Don't understand what you are asking (translation can be a bit awkward). What are you looking for? What have you already found?

Also, did you try the diagnostic procedure in this thread?

If you are asking about the fuse for the RC1160 fridge, I am aware of only the 12 volt fuses in the fusebox behind the bench seat. The fridge fuse on the NAFTA version is 15 amps.and is either the top or bottom fuse out of the 6 fuses.

Older fridges with older Danfoss compressors may have a fuse inside the electronic control box attached to the compressor. But your 2006 James Cook with the RC1160 has the newer Danfoss BD35F compressor and the attached electronic control box does not have an internal fuse (but I could.be wrong).

Please post back what you find. Thanks.

Thanks for your answer. You are right:
The rc1160 has no internal fuse.

I still have a problem with the fridge. It just does nothing! no sound, no reaction. The power supply is ok, 14 volts. Now I brought the fridge to a local repair shop.
If you are interested I'll keep you updated.

Greetings from Bern,

Chris

Yes, please keep us posted.

Also, for those James Cooks who travel through Switzerland, a reference (good or bad) to what fridge repair place might be handy.

The German experts are at:

https://www.cool-and-more.de/

If your local repair place needs the evaporator plate inside the fridge, Cool-and-more.de have it. They also have the extra plug regulator which sets the speed. The Danfoss Secop compressor BD35F and the electronic control unit can be purchased anywhere, but it might be nice to have one with valves to add more refrigerant in the future (ours was sealed so new valves have to be brazed on to add refrigerant).

My guess is that either (a) the Westfalia central computer console above the windshield or (b) the Danfoss Secop electronic control unit attached to the compressor is the problem. The Westfalia plug in module which inserts into the Danfoss Secop electronic control unit might be an issue but less likely as it primarily just sets the speed (BUT does set up the on/off control so might be worthwhile to double-check)

Just for fun, here are some American threads on the fridge, including a control unit to bypass the Westfalia Central Computer Console above the windshield.
